Admission Services and Fees
Welcome to the page describing our services for enrolling foreign students in higher education institutions in Ukraine. First of all, you should choose a university, specialty, and degree (preparatory faculty, bachelor’s, or master’s). Our Recommended Universities section presents the country’s leading schools, with all of which we have a valid contract. You can find the option you are interested in there or choose any other Ukrainian university, and we will help you enroll there to study.
Please note that the tuition cost is not included in the price of our services, but shall be added on top of any of our packages. Please note that Tuitions fees will vary depending on University and the Course. All Tuition fees can be found here. For your convenience, we have included the first three months of stay in university dormitories in all service packages.

It is important to note that the only amount you need to pay upon arrival in Ukraine is $200 for issuing an official invitation to study from the Ukrainian Center for International Education under the country’s Ministry of Education. The rest of the amount is to be paid upon arrival to Ukraine.

You make a request to us and we collect your contact information.

Free consultation is provided by us via email and, if needed, we will arrange a conference call to finalize the negotiations.

Contract Signing & Prepayment
We prepare the contract and invoice for signing and you make the necessary prepayment.

Migration Decision and Invitation Issuance
You send us photo copies of your passport, diploma (high school or higher) along with the grades. You also need to fill out, sign and send us additional forms. We start our work after receiving them, by applying for and getting the official study invitation.

Visa Application Docs Delivery
Official study invitation is sent to you via courier (delivery cost is not included) and you use them to apply for the study visa.

Arrival to Ukraine & Postpayment
After getting the study visa you travel to Ukraine and we meet you at the airport, the postpayment is made.

Secondly, our cost for the study invitation is $200 (courier charges are not included). The tuitions fees will vary depending on university and the course. It is important to add one of our proposed admission fee packages (Standard, Advance or Premium) and university tuition fee to get your total expense for the study in Ukraine.

You need to have a high school diploma to apply for a Bachelor program or you need to have a Bachelor degree to apply for a Master’s program.
What shall be my bank statement when I use the study invitation to apply for study visa? Which D type is it?
Hello Zeinab! This is a good question. You shall apply for Visa D-13 and shall have $50 per each of 90 days of its duration. This means that the minimum amount on your bank account shall be $4500.

Hello Muhammad Ali! Thanks for your question. The average hostel accommodation cost is $50 per month. Daily expenses on food, in-city travel, basic clothing, and entertainment can vary between $150 and $300 depending on the person.

Dear Mehmet, thanks for your note. You are making a very clever choice! KPI is the number 1 university in Ukraine. Usually, the classes start on the 1st of September every year. Therefore, it is good to start the study invitation process two months in advance to be able to get it, apply, and receive a study visa and come to Ukraine in time for the entrance examinations. In 2020 the timing of the academic year can be moved, so we will guide you as soon as you start the application process with us. Usually, foreign students are allowed for some additional time to join the classes later until early or late October.
